Primary Care Physician Southern California $350K Total
Compensation Value-Based Model Were seeking a mission-driven
Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, value-based care
organization in Southern Californias Inland Empire . This role
offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced,
patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based
environment without the pressures of volume-driven medicine. Why
Youll Love This Opportunity Compensation: Base salary $300k
commensurate with experience Bonus Eligible: Up to 20% annual
performance bonus Schedule: MondayFriday, outpatient only , no
nights or weekends Patient Volume : 12-14 patients per day Focus:
Quality-driven care not RVUs or patient quotas Sign-On Bonus:
$20,000 Support: Robust team including APPs, case managers, and
care coordinators Your Role Provide comprehensive primary care to
adult and senior patients, emphasizing prevention and chronic
disease management Collaborate in daily high-risk huddles to
proactively manage care for complex patients Educate patients and
families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention
Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the EMR
system Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Current and unrestricted
California medical license and DEA registration Experience managing
complex or chronically ill patient populations preferred Excellent
communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
