Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.Shifts Available

• AM 7:00 am - 3:30pm / PM 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm / NOC 11:00 pm - 7:30am
• On Call; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed and/or based on candidate availabilityExpected starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13/hourlyWe pay differentials!! Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight ShiftTelecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program and current licensureWhat's In It For You*
