Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Provider Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to regional
provider operations teams
Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans aligned with
organizational goals
Oversee and assess the performance of healthcare providers within
the region
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare
management, or related field or equivalent experience required
Master's Degree in a related field preferred
10+ years of healthcare operations experience required
Previous experience managing staff, including hiring and
performance management required
Large-scale management experience within regulated environments
preferred
