Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse / RN for Telehealth
Nursing on the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care using virtual platforms,
including assessments and triage
Develop individualized care plans and schedule patients based on
triage findings
Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA
regulations
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant nursing
experience
Valid, active, unencumbered Compact/multistate RN license required
within 60 days of hire
BLS certification required
Strong critical thinking and data synthesis skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and
e-prescribing
