Role OverviewAs aGeneral Manager at Sodexo, you'll lead and manage all aspects of food service operations for the Honda North America Headquarters in Torrance, California, including 2 full-service caf--s, coffee service, and a micro-market. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible for building out a comprehensive catering program to support on-site events and client needs. Your expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and client relations will drive success. You'll oversee a team of 10 associates and a team of culinary managers, ensuring excellence in service and operations. • Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee budgeting and financials, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost control across all areas.

    • A Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
    • Extensive experience managing and operating a budget.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Flexibility to adapt to new responsibilities and challenges as needed.
