Role OverviewAs aGeneral Manager at Sodexo, you'll lead and
manage all aspects of food service operations for the Honda North
America Headquarters in Torrance, California, including 2
full-service caf--s, coffee service, and a micro-market. In
addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible
for building out a comprehensive catering program to support
on-site events and client needs. Your expertise in budgeting,
strategic planning, team development, and client relations will
drive success. You'll oversee a team of 10 associates and a team of
culinary managers, ensuring excellence in service and operations.

- Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to
ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee budgeting and financials, ensuring fiscal
responsibility and cost control across all areas.
- Train, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture

- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to organizational
development through innovative service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting a
professional, executive-level presence.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive catering program to
support on-site meetings, events, and special functions, including
menu planning, logistics, staffing, and client coordination.What We

You Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across
all organizational levels.
- Extensive experience managing and operating a budget.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent
communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to new responsibilities and challenges as
needed.
- Working knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production
