Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Risk Manager who will lead the
allowance for credit losses for the loan and lease portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quarterly production of the allowance for credit losses and
manage a team of analysts
Analyze key drivers of changes in the allowance for credit losses
and collaborate with stakeholders for qualitative adjustments
Develop and maintain supporting documentation and communicate
results to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) required
Minimum of 8+ years in credit risk management, accounting, or
related experience
Familiarity with CECL accounting standards and requirements
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Experience in mid-size and large financial institutions
preferred
