Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily management of a team of security professionals to
protect customers from security concerns
Conduct regular performance and coaching sessions with team
members
Collaborate with leadership to manage work priorities and drive
organizational maturity through AI and automation
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated people management and coaching skills
Previous experience in a software engineering environment
Ability to manage remote teams in a globally distributed
organization
Experience in program management and security is a plus
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CISM, or PMP are
advantageous
