Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Strategy Manager for
Provider Product.
Key Responsibilities
Support the expansion of the provider-facing digital product and
platform
Collaborate with product teams to integrate clinical input
throughout product development
Analyze product performance and improve clinician engagement and
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Licensed clinician with 8+ years of post-graduate experience (LCSW,
LMHC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
Experience in clinical quality, strategy, healthcare operations, or
developing EHRs
Demonstrated passion for redefining behavioral health quality
Experience in health plans, health systems, or value-based
healthcare startups
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
