Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Success Manager to lead
clinical solution execution for a focused portfolio of clients in
value-based care and inpatient care settings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of client clinical and business needs
specific to value-based care and inpatient care
Lead client engagement and monitor operational performance,
proactively addressing gaps in client solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tactical plans
and serve as the clinical lead for new client launches
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in client service or business operations
roles within health tech, healthcare consulting, or health
plans
Experience in value-based care and inpatient care settings is
essential
Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPH, or other relevant graduate
degree preferred
Strong business ownership mindset with a proactive approach
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trusted
relationships
