A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end administration of employee benefits
programs
Lead and develop a team of benefits specialists for day-to-day
operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benefits programs
with business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a
related field
7+ years of experience in benefits management and team
leadership
Experience with benefits harmonization projects during M&A or
transitions
Understanding of U.S. benefits compliance requirements (e.g., ACA,
HIPAA, ERISA)
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating
contracts
