Key Responsibilities
Drive customer impact by increasing renewal rates and expanding
revenue through cross-selling and up-selling
Manage onboarding, customer support, and ensure timely renewals
Enhance customer lifetime value by improving product adoption and
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Over 10 years of leadership experience in account management and
customer relations
Proven ability to build strong relationships based on trust and
accountability
Experience with SaaS products and services
Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams
