A company is looking for a Technical Customer Engagement Manager
for a contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new business customers
during the onboarding process
Provide expert technical support and ensure seamless integration
with customers' systems
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure
satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in customer success, technical
account management, or customer onboarding
Strong technical acumen with experience in software implementation
and integration
Experience in conducting training sessions and creating onboarding
materials
Ability to monitor customer usage and proactively address potential
issues
