Manager: Auto Physical and Property Damage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of adjusters handling various accounts and lines of
business
Implement best practices for claims handling and monitor claims
data for improvement
Develop strategies to mitigate fraudulent claims and ensure
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a
related field; relevant certifications are a plus
10+ years of insurance claims management experience in multiple
lines of business
5+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote
environment
Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better
efficiency
Strong integrity and accountability in handling confidential
information
