Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Claims Specialty Lines to
lead a team in claims management for specialty lines such as
motorcycles and RVs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment and development of claims operations staff,
including performance management
Oversee technical and clerical claims activities, ensuring
effective handling of commercial trucking claims and litigation
Identify and address gaps in claims processes, establishing best
practices for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in Specialty Lines claims
Extensive background in claims handling and litigation,
particularly with motorcycle and RV losses
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing,
hearing, typing, and speaking
