Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a book of business, maximizing client retention and
identifying revenue opportunities
Drive adoption across business units, partnering with Account
Executives to expand usage and prevent churn
Build strategic relationships with users and stakeholders to
position the company as a trusted partner
Required Qualifications
Experience managing and expanding relationships with Fortune 1000
clients
Understanding of both internal dynamics and client needs in a SaaS
environment
Ability to forecast retention and identify at-risk accounts
early
Proven track record of driving client success and engagement
Experience in onboarding, training, and proactive client
outreach
