Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Coordinator to
provide non-clinical support to the utilization management
team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide non-clinical support in processing pre-service
authorization requests
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and health plan
requirements for informational notices
Document service benefits and assist with continuity of care
services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience in Utilization Management and benefit eligibility
verification
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of medical terminology
