Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their
Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer global compensation programs, including job
architecture and market analysis
Collaborate on compensation budgeting and align programs with
performance goals
Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and
recommendations for internal equity and market competitiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably
in a tech or SaaS environment
Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel or
Google Sheets
Experience with job architecture and compensation planning cycles
in Workday or similar HRIS
Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders in
a fast-paced environment
Experience in analyzing compensation and workforce data to identify
trends and insights
