Key Responsibilities
Motivate and inspire an Enterprise Sales team to exceed sales
targets
Optimize sales motions in the Enterprise space using data-driven
insights
Contribute to the product roadmap and enhance outbound activities
for pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in
MarTech
5+ years of experience leading a team of sales professionals
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives
Ability to coach and develop sales staff effectively
Experience managing both direct and indirect employees in a matrix
organization
