Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Manager responsible
for leading the development and validation of predictive and
machine-learning models to address business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Create and leverage models and prescriptive analysis to solve
business problems
Review deliverables and coach team members on their work
products
Coordinate with data stewards to improve data procedures and
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 5 years
of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6
years of relevant experience
Understanding of best practices for data capturing and analysis
methods
Experience with SQL/NoSQL and advanced programming languages like
Python, R, or SAS
Ability to establish standards for modeling tools and
techniques
Experience in communicating technical observations to non-technical
audiences
