Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and formalize corporate governance efforts and provide
consultative support to the Corporate Secretary's Office and senior
management
Research and advise on corporate governance strategies, ensuring
compliance with regulations and best practices
Oversee the maintenance of corporate records and manage governance
support staff, ensuring timely completion of governance-related
tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
At least 10 years of experience in a corporate governance or
related environment
Minimum of 7 years managing corporate governance matters
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing people
Experience with corporate governance in regulated insurance
companies is preferred
