Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRIS Director to lead and enhance
their HR systems strategy using Workday HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Provide vision and direction for the HRIS function to align with
strategic goals
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of
Workday
Lead and manage HRIS projects, including new implementations and
upgrades
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology,
human resources, or related field
Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and knowledge of additional
modules
At least 10 years of experience in HR system management, with 6+
years in Workday HCM
Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus
Workday Pro HCM certifications are a plus
