Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Philanthropy Associate
Director.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and track digital advertising and acquisition
efforts to drive traffic and increase conversions
Oversee daily management of digital capabilities for the Annual and
Mid-Level Giving team, including online giving programs and payment
systems
Utilize digital analytics to evaluate initiatives, identify growth
opportunities, and provide recommendations for enhancing donor
retention and acquisition
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing,
fundraising, or analytics
Comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing
platforms and emerging trends in digital fundraising
Strong planning, administrative, and leadership skills
Experience with social media, email communication, and Microsoft
365 tools
