Explore your future and launch your career today.Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector, Payload and Ground Systems Division, is seeking a Business Management Director - Level 1. This position will report directly to the Division Director of Business Management for the Payload & Ground Systems Division. In this role, the selected candidate will have responsibility for all financial aspects for the Azusa, CA site and Business Unit, to include the Operating Unit in Boulder, CO.The successful candidate will have experience in large organizations specifically in bid/cost strategy, project planning and control, financial planning and analysis, variance analysis, capital and facilities administration, Forward Pricing Rates and compliance and staff management experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Collaborate and partner with the BU, OU, and Division Leadership.Travel required to Boulder CO location to ensure business process compliance.Participate in strategy discussions, investment decisions, business case analyses, Financial Statement and EAC analyses, project control, process improvement, and charging practice.Support ensuring compliance with all NG policies, internal controls, and disclosed practices.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business with 10+ years of related experience - OR - Master's degree in Business with 8+ years of related experience.5+ years' experience with EVMS.Knowledge of general and corporate business practice.Knowledge of government contracting, accounting and finance principals.Experience with Financial analysis and Business Case Analysis.Current, active TS clearance, with ability to obtain SCI.Preferred Qualifications:Current, active TS/SCI clearance.Defense or Space industry experience.Proven managerial skills and leading a team.Experience and success advising and interacting with the highest levels of management.Experience with internal and external audit agencies.Salary Range: $168,800 USD - $253,200 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
