The Payload and Ground Systems organization within the Northrop
Grumman Space Systems pushes the boundaries of innovation,

The Strategic Force Programs (SFP) Business Unit is seeking an
Employee Experience Project Manager 2 to join our team of
qualified, diverse individuals. Do you have a passion for overall
employee experience and happiness? If so, we have created the right
role for you. This newly created position will get to implement
strategies, processes, and initiatives to create a great employee
experience at our Azusa campus. This position will be sit out of
Azusa, CA, and we are looking for someone who has the ability to
report on-site, but we can accommodate partial teleworking based
upon business/program need.
What you will get to do:
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
