The Strategic Force Programs (SFP) Business Unit is seeking an Employee Experience Project Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This newly created position will get to implement strategies, processes, and initiatives to create a great employee experience at our Azusa campus. This position will be sit out of Azusa, CA, and we are looking for someone who has the ability to report on-site, but we can accommodate partial teleworking based upon business/program need.

What you will get to do:

• Develop employee experience strategy in partnership with leadership. Execute key projects and tasks in support of the strategy within defined timeline and budget; adapt to planned and unplanned variables
• Integrate and lead employee onboarding process including design, execution and ongoing improvement of site orientation and unique BU/site or other programmatic offerings from pre-hire through 1-year of work
• Sponsor and facilitate the Navigators program to ensure new employees are paired with volunteers that encourage connection, help identify, locate, and access resources, and provide an engaging and welcoming experience
• Define, organize and execute development and networking experiences for employees; inclusive of leading the program for interns, rotational/pathways employees, new hires, and manager community of practices
• Coordinate and host social staff events and activities, virtually and in-person, to support a strong culture of employee engagement and unified NG experience for employees
• Support the logistics and technology for employee experience activities including site events, develop and deliver standard materials for meetings, and culture-building activities; development and coordination of ad hoc, site experience team(s) and their corresponding logistical needs. Hold regular tag-up meetings with the site experience team(s) and address constraints
• Develop plan for beautification of site in partnership with site leadership including, but not limited to, product photos, signage and logos, break room redesign
• Develop feedback models (metrics, surveys) and connect with employees and leadership to acquire regular insights in their needs and feedback
• Continuously improve the employee experience program and SharePoint resources
• Prepare charts and briefings for status and progress meetings, education and process instruction, instructional materials and other materials as needed or requested
• Attend and present, as needed, to ensure stakeholder awareness and to support leadershipBasic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant related project management experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience (program, team, project)
  • Project management and change management skillset including the ability to collaborate across organizations to bring forward a standard and measurable plan
  • Develop processes and programs skillset, including assessing current state best practices and gaps, developing content, and briefing to directors to inform and drive decisions
  • Experience creating a culture of engagement and inclusion, continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Organizational skills and acts with sense of urgency and accountabilityPreferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with the development of an employee experience strategy and an executable plan
    • 7+ years of project management experience
    • Experience with the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive onboarding process
    • Experience with design, organization, and execution of development and networking experiences, social events and activities, and community engagement
    • Experience with planning and execution of the beautification of the worksite Salary Range: $118,600 USD - $178,000 USD
      
      Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
