mission!The Payload and Ground Systems Division (PGSD), Azusa, is
seeking an Electronics Program Execution Manager Engineering 3 to
join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position
will lead a growing statement of work within the Hardware
Engineering (HWE) and have responsibility for establishing,
maintaining, and enabling consistency across the organization and
programs. The primary program responsibilities will start with the
NGG PDP project which will require immediate engagement in product
development/design and program execution. The candidate will also
be expected to support developing organizational strategies and
implementation across the HWE organization.The Electronic Program
Execution Manager will share responsibilities for engineering
oversight of multiple program Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
including the NGG PDP. The Electronic Program Execution Manager
functionally reports to the SFP Azusa Director of Hardware
Engineering within the Payload Ground Systems Division, and
programmatically reports to the Program Management Offices as
required including NGG. The Electronics Program Execution Manager
interfaces with other Program leaders and Functional leaders to
support but not limited to technology and business development,
proposals, design reviews, and cost/schedule management, as
required. For this manager position, the successful applicant will
require technical understanding and experience in integration &
test of systems and subsystems, anomaly investigation, as well as
experience with space-borne hardware design and producibility. The
role requires interfacing with multiple disciplines such as mission
assurance, program management, electrical, mechanical, systems
engineering, test engineering, procurement, subcontractors and
manufacturing. A good understanding of space electronic hardware
integration to final sell-off is required. Technical
responsibilities include direct support to program IPT leads to
ensure technical performance requirements are met and integration
processes and test processes are properly adhered to.The successful
candidate must be able to demonstrate success in applying
leadership characteristics to achieve sustainable top performance,
a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to
innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business. They
must also have the ability to lead teams, build diverse and
inclusive teams with high levels of engagement, including mentoring
and coaching. Requires strong project project management skills,
business acumen to track and manage earned value, must be able to
work with multiple disciplines in and outside of Eng (GMA, GSA,
Mfg. SEIT, etc). Must have demonstrated successful experience
managing subcontract deliveries. Interfacing/briefing internal and
external customers is a must. Requires daily team assignment
cadence. Requires well rounded technical background, Systems
Engineering architectural knowledge and background strongly
preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are
required, especially at an executive level, and the successful
candidate must have demonstrated strong abilities to collaborate,
influence, and lead. As a key leader, the role will require
developed technical trouble-shooting and root cause analysis skills
with successful performance in bringing broader cross-discipline
systems thinking to problem solving.Basic Qualifications:

Salary Range: $155,400 USD - $233,200 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
