You'll provide reasoned recommendations on how to imagine, develop and launch solutions with transformative power.From custom full-stack applications and cloud solutions to original and developing technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• You have at least 2 years of software engineering experience with expertise in: SQL, .NET, Python, Angular, HTML/CSS, Typescript, REST API services, AWS experience preferred.
• You're thoughtful in your approach to software engineering practices. You have an agile mindset which enables a future-ready, high-quality, and responsive code base.
• You put Production first and have experience solving Production issues with risk-based decision making.
• You have experience performing analysis on application data to thoughtfully answer user inquiries for both troubleshooting and requirements forming purposes.
• You have a foundation of technical ability, business acumen, organizational skills, and a desire to be a continuous learner.
• You have ability to learn new technologies and business areas quickly to provide informed guidance to our business stakeholders.
• You have demonstrated skills in collaboration, requirements gathering, testing, managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and influencing outcomes.
• You are a team player with a great attitude and passion towards your work.Southern California Base Salary Range: $96,120-$153,792In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.You can learn more about our compensation and benefits .* Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
