A company is looking for a Junior/Mid-level Support Engineer L1
support engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to community and enterprise customers
Engage in cross-team collaboration and escalation management
Participate in self-improvement and work on projects and
initiatives
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of support engineering experience, preferably in a
fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Javascript and networking concepts (DNS,
HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP)
Familiarity with web development tools and debugging
technologies
Experience handling administrative and billing-related queries
Understanding of support processes and customer-centric mindset
