Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely support to customers by diagnosing and reproducing
technical issues
Document all work and maintain communication with customers
regarding the status of open tickets
Contribute to the technical knowledge base and escalate unresolved
issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role with a
BS/BA degree
Technical knowledge in PC operating systems, networks, and web
browsers
Understanding of SaaS versus on-premises applications
Familiarity with API/SSO technology and basic network concepts
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple
tasks independently
