The Project Manager - New Construction Work is responsible for:
building 1 large project at a time, often over $20 million in value
managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the
specific project serving as the primary face of the business with
the architect, client, and subcontractors managing the budget and
overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

written and verbal strong client-facing abilities and represents
the employer well at all times a Bachelor's Degree located near or
