UNICO is an outsourced marketing agency looking for an Entry
Level Marketing Coordinator to join our sales team in the Covina
area on a permanent basis. Our Entry Level Marketing Coordinator
work with our Entry Level Marketing Coordinators and various
product specialists to deliver interactive sales presentations to
prospective customers. -Entry Level Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other members of the
sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with
larger revenue customersMarket and sell services to prospective
consumersManage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately,
within established deadlines, operating within our Standard
Operational ProceduresCommunicates clearly with staff in a timely
and professional mannerIdentify cross-sell opportunities and
escalate to our sales team and product partners in order to close
or provide advice to the clientPerform sales function and product
needs analysis for the marketing campaign.Entry Level Marketing
Coordinator Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Clear written and verbal
communication skills1+ years of prior experience in customer
service, sales or marketingStrong relationship management
skillsAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing business and
technology environment, and to utilize all available tools and
resources to service clients as efficiently as possibleBusiness
acumen in the marketing and client relations field is preferredMust
understand and comply with applicable regulations and standard
operational proceduresMust ensure that all transactions are
executed properly and meet compliance guidelinesPhenomenal
negotiation and persuasion tacticsProven ability to overturn
