You will manage comprehensive financial communications and accounting operations, ensuring seamless financial transparency and strategic financial management across complex entities. Key Responsibilities: Financial Coordination and Reporting Serve as the primary liaison between members, corporate entities, investment partners, and financial stakeholders, facilitating clear and precise financial communication Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly financial reports, including: Detailed cash flow analyses: Comprehensive balance sheets for family office, trusts, and foundations Precise expense tracking and evaluation Financial Monitoring and Management: Conduct rigorous monitoring of cash activities and financial transactions Provide personalized financial guidance to family members regarding: Personal expenditure management: Investment strategy insights Cash flow planning and optimization This individual will also help led some team members in accounting under their management: Strategic supervision Targeted professional development programs Mentorship and skill enhancement initiatives We would ideally look for an individual with: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferably a CPA or Masters but not required) Extensive experience in family office or private wealth management 3 years in Leadership roles (Controllership / VP / CFO level experience) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Someone tech savvy who can understand and pick up financial systems quickly Interested in hearing more?
