Looking for a tax role where you’re more than just a number on a
busy season spreadsheet? We’re working with a small,
well-established CPA firm in the San Fernando Valley area that’s
been in the game for 20 years — and they’re looking for a Tax
Supervisor who can jump in, play hard, and bring real value to the
team. This is a fully on-site opportunity with a crew that prides
itself on hard work, loyalty, and helping people — not just chasing
billables. If you’re the kind of person who sticks with your team
through thick and thin, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do: Review
and manage tax work for a range of clients (individuals, corps, and
everything in between) Be a mentor, leader, and hands-on
contributor — no ivory tower stuff Work closely with partners and
play a key role in keeping things moving during busy season Use CCH
Axcess to get the job done right What We're Looking For: 6 years of
tax experience in public accounting A 4-year degree in Accounting
or related field A strong work ethic, team-first attitude, and a
love for what you do Someone who’s not just chasing the next
paycheck — you take pride in the job Compensation & Perks: Base pay
starts at $120K , performance bonuses One weekend off per month
during busy season (yes, really) CPA licensure support No strict
