Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial
operations and drive strategic financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
and ensure compliance with GAAP
Build scalable financial systems and provide data-driven insights
into financial performance
Lead and develop the accounting team while collaborating with
executive leadership on financial strategy
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
3+ years in a Controller or similar leadership role within a SaaS
or tech-enabled services company
Experience in private equity-backed businesses, including M&A
and post-merger integration
Strong expertise in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Deep understanding of recurring revenue and SaaS business
models
