Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage
delinquent customer accounts while providing quality customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve past-due accounts through effective
communication on inbound and outbound calls
Make arrangements with customers to pay balances in full or set up
payment plans
Document all collection activity accurately in the client/GC
system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
6 months of collections experience or 1 year of customer service
experience preferred
Must have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating
systems
Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload is
required
Dedicated home workspace free from interruptions and
distractions
