Candidate will join a team of diverse individuals in Azusa, CA working under our strategic force programs division. Program planning scheduling analyst will get an opportunity to prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.Responsibilities:Provide Engineering planning support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) to establish program baseline and manage program execution.Collaborate with IPTs/CAMs to determine, monitor, and review operational budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.Analyzes effects of projects upon functional areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources.Track plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, prepare & implement change requests, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.Evaluate subcontract / supplier schedules and integrate into IMS.Interface / collaborate with the financial team to ensure program cost and schedule integration. Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis in deriving solutions / recommendations to address program issues.Effective engagement with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager.Develop and present weekly program schedule performance metrics by IPT or product to various levels of leadership.Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, staffing adjustments, and work requirements.Prepare and validate month end IMS submittal to customer in conjunction with scheduling best practices.Understands Engineering Statement of Work (SOW), product details, and processes to provide recommendations for critical management decisions.Prepares and support program events including Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: DCMA, 14- point, DECM (EVAS), IPMR, IPMDAR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, Critical Path Analysis, schedule risk analysis, and schedule performance and health metrics.Develop / support new business proposal efforts.Understanding of schedule performance affects program financials.Participate in company / organization process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.Basic Qualifications (Level 2)Bachelor's Degree & 3 years of related planning/scheduling, project/program management, business management, supply chain, or finance experience, OR a Master's Degree & 1 year of related planning/scheduling, project/program management, business management, supply chain, or finance experienceProficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to interface with employees, management, and executive leadershipAbility to obtain & maintain a DoD secret security clearance (US Citizenship Required)Basic Qualifications (Level 3)Bachelor's Degree & 6 years of related planning/scheduling, project/program management, business management, supply chain, or finance experience, OR a Master's Degree & 4 years of related planning/scheduling, project/program management, business management, supply chain, or finance experience Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to interface with employees, management, and executive leadershipAbility to obtain & maintain a DoD secret security clearance (US Citizenship Required)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain, or STEM fieldCurrent & active DoD security clearanceExperience with MS Project and MS Project Server 2010/2013/2019Knowledge of integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule (IMS) development, schedule risk assessment (SRA) approach and executionSalary Range: 67500 - 125400Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
